HOW IT WORKS?
At Faceless, we operate on a limited drop, made-to-order basis. Here's what to expect: Drop Opens - We launch a curated collection of exclusive pieces. Each drop is only available for a short time. Preorder Your Pieces Secure your items by placing a preorder during the open window. This is your only chance to grab them — once it closes, that’s it. Drop Closes - When the drop ends, we stop taking orders and begin production. No extras are made. Made to Order- Every item is crafted specifically for you. This ensures zero waste and keeps each piece truly limited. Shipped to You - Once production is complete, we package and ship your order directly to your door.
How can I track my order?
You tracking number will be sent to your email address you used to place your order once your order has been shipped.
What is your order processing time?
Once the collection is available for sale you will have 10 days to secure your items. The drop will then close and we will begin production followed by dispatching of your items.
How long will it take to get my order?
From release date there will be a 10 day window to purchase your items. Once the drop is closed you will receive your items within 2-3 weeks of the drop closure.
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are £3.99 for UK shipping and location dependant for International Shipping. For International Shipping this will be calculated at checkout. Faceless Apparel is not liable for Customs/Import Fee's you may have to pay if receiving your products outside the UK.
