Returns

We accept returns and refunds only for damaged or defective items. This policy ensures that we maintain the quality and exclusivity of our products.

Eligibility:

  • To request a return, the item must have arrived damaged or defective.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags and in their original packaging.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at facelessappareluk@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order once your refund is approved.
